Welcome to Bainbridge Water Authority

Incorporated in 1962, the Bainbridge Water Authority (BWA) is a Municipal Authority organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  The Authority is governed by five board members whom are appointed by the Conoy Township Supervisors. 

Monthly board meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of every month at 7:00 P.M. at the Authority office, located at 145 Chestnut Street, Bainbridge. For more information please call  717-426-2432. 

The Water Authority is established to serve the community and is governed by the following principles : 

Quality/Supply  We are committed to adequately supply the highest quality water to the community.

Protection — We are committed to the protection of our water supply.

Environmental Responsibility and Sustainability — We plan and manage our operations as guardians of our natural resources.

Education — We provide outreach and education to the community.

Financial Management — We are committed to act on behalf of our community when making financial decisions.
